Qualification:- Bachelor in Engineering from UoP (2014)
Industrial Experience:- Project at Bharat Forge Ltd. Pune, India for 1 year dealing with HRC trays and carried out effective modelling and analysis of trays using ProE and ANSYS respectively.
Working with an Furniture Equipment manufacturing small scale company named Total Impex as an Design Engineer on CATIA V5 as a modelling software, sucessfully completed two projects at company.

CAD qualifications:- SolidWroks, ProE, CATIA V5, AutoCAD.

Designing and Researching about the products and working on their efficieny and asthetic levels to make the product functionally excellent. Researching on exsisting equipments or products finding out different ways to create or modify and make it more efficent and less costly.
Basically, working on design and modelling them and creating a best output is my superior priority

Swil Ltd copper div located at Jhagadia mega industrial estate in Bharuch district in Gujarat. The aim of the company is to achieve LME grade A copper by processing copper ore from kaldo to anode furnace and then refining the metal to 99.999% (LME grade A) copper. Turnover of the company is 600crore.

  • Planned projects in MS project software and followed up the civil contractors to get the right foundations for the above system as per consultant’s design and drawings
  • Planned the erection and installation schedule for the above machine system and followed up the contractors to execute the same as per the machine supplier’s requirements in time.
  • Designed cooling system for imported machinery system which was out of scope of the machine supplier. The cooling system is designed in coordination with piping system specialist called from Sweden’s Boliden contac copper plant.

ABSTRACT: The process of deshelling a coconut kernel from its shell, in coconut oil industry is automated. A heater is used to preheat the kernel. A cylinder, blade arrangement and conveyor system enables automating the process of deshelling coconut.
