why Rear sprocket teeth chipping off using fine blanking production process? below is the pic of 38T Rear Sprocket, everytime we are running the production we faced this teeth chip off issue after few hundred pieces. pls advise what might be the issue. we are stuck . the sheet thickness is 7.2mm.
