The pistons are For a MMC piston project, made from AMC 225XE (great stuff) Currently waiting on these bad boys to be machined. They should weigh in at 75% or so of normal 2024 pistons. (plus a few % for extra meterial removal) by the way, this isnt even close to what the final product actually looks like, just they only image i have handy haha

the third drawing is a project currently underway with wonderland tattoo. Its an ambidextrous design tattoo machine with more adjustabilty than any other machine on the market. Its at the waterjet as we speak :D (cant wait for this one, several units presold) thats about it for now.

Great work. Is this all Solidworks with Photoview360? Is the ambidextrous design tattoo machine something you're manufacturing & marketing yourself?

yes, its all SW. and the tattoo machine is wonderland tattoo's baby. it was the owners design/idea but i am doing all the drawings, machining, and technical bits.

Great job. Is the design protected?

nope lol but its cool.. if anyone steals it, we got something better ;)

These are good renderings! Do you use any other software for rendering?

Hi JC,

Hope you''re aware that high performance pistons are Ellipsoidal in section and Toroidal in profile?
