Morning all,
I'm looking for some information / suppliers about anti-microbial coatings for metal parts. As far as I’m aware, there are anti-microbial polymers, and I believe Copper has now been officially registered by the EPA in the US as "anti-microbial", but I'm wondering if it’s possible to have a sort of anti-microbial paint or coating for steel or aluminium. Any ideas?
Also, does anyone know how tough such a coating might be, as i can imagine that a scratched up anti-microbial (that’s a tough word to type) coating would still be a dirt trap - and thus not be much use.
Thanks in advance!
